I haven't received my tickets yet. What should I do ?
For certain events with high demand, it is possible to receive your tickets up to 4 weeks before the date of the event.
In the section "my orders" of your account, you can check the status of your order at any time. We advise you to make sure of the method you have chosen to obtain your tickets: shipment or e-tickets.
If you notice that your tickets have been shipped correctly and that the selected method of obtaining them was shipment, we invite you to note your delivery number and to contact customer service.
