Is my reservation final?

All reservations are final. Tickets are exchangeable or refundable only in case of cancellation of the show.

• For high demand events :

If it is impossible to provide the seats ordered in the chosen category or in another category, Paris Eventicket undertakes to find and propose an alternative solution to the customer for another performance or event.

Paris Eventicket undertakes to inform the customer within 30 days before the event by telephone and e-mail of its inability to provide tickets and to reimburse the customer in full for the amount paid for the order.
