In the event of cancellation of an event without a postponement date, tickets will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions and the deadline announced in our information emails.
- For tickets received by post: Please return the original tickets (keeping a copy for yourself) by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to the address below, specifying the order number and the name used for the booking.

- For E-Tickets in your customer area: Please send a request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the send a request button at the bottom of the page, specifying the order number and the name used for the booking.
Following receipt of your request (including tickets), the refund will be made by the department concerned within an average of 6 to 8 weeks depending on the event and the method of payment used:
- Payment by credit card: Send a bank details slip (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) if the order is more than one year old or if the credit card is no longer valid.
- Payment via Paypal: send a bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) if the order is more than 6 months old.
Please follow the above procedure in order to receive your refund as quickly as possible.
